VIAL FILLER MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Awarded design-build contract with partner TruManagement for the construction of a state-of-the-art vial filler in the pharmaceutical industry, located in North Carolina. Olson Engineering Solutions (OES) managed the project as the general contractors for the construction of all supporting utility, equipment, parts washer, autoclave, vial filler and tanks for compounding. Construction cost of 3M.

For this job we were also responsible for the design the water-for-injection system, waste water capacity study, ethanol storage code review, and new sump system in the facility.
