ONGOING SPECIALTY CHEMICAL

Ongoing work for design of specialty liquid and gas chemical transfers needed for server tools in semi-conductor fab. Design of hundreds of valve manifold boxes, air operated pumps, chemical storage, chemical compatibility reports, blending systems, and all piping needed for the transfer. This also involved room design for chemical storage.
